Step 1

£200 Holding Deposit

Due: At any early stage of your planning

Your £200 holding deposit reserves your installation date, fully changeable and refundable up until 6 weeks before your installation date.

Step 2

50% Building Deposit

Due: 6 weeks before installation

We begin production of your building 6 weeks prior to installation. It is at this point that we will require a 50% payment.

Step 3

Remaining Balance

Due: Remainder on the final day of initial construction

It generally takes us just 7-10 days to install your garden room. Once it has been installed and you are happy with it, we will ask you to sign off and pay the remaining as your final payment.

Payment Structure

Step 1

£300 Holding Deposit

Due: At any early stage of your planning

Your £300 holding deposit reserves your installation date, fully changeable and refundable up until 6 weeks before your installation date.

Step 2

60% Building Deposit

Due: 6 weeks before installation

We begin production of your building 6 weeks prior to installation. It is at this point that we will require a 60% payment.

Step 3

Remaining Balance

Due: 30% on the final day of initial construction

It generally takes us just 3-5 days to install your garden room. Once it has been installed and you are happy with it, we will ask you to sign off and pay the remaining 30% as your final payment.
